About the Journal
”Legal and Administrative Studies” is a constant presence in the Romanian scientific space since 2017. It is published by the Faculty of Legal Sciences and Administrative Sciences, “Spiru Haret University” and appears once a year.
“Legal and Administrative Studies” is publishing studies and articles in the field of legal and administrative sciences, as well as in complementary fields.
It promotes interdisciplinary approaches, comparative analyses, innovative research in the fields specific to the profile of the journal.
The proposed articles are selected by the editorial board and reviewed by two reviewers. The editorial staff sends the article for review.
“Legal and Administrative Studies” puts under the spotlight only studies and articles selected by the editorial staff. The editorial board does not assume responsibility for the accuracy of the data and information in the articles published under the signature of its collaborators.
Legal and Administrative Studies is an open access journal.
