Abstract

 Property is indissolubly linked to people's lives, forming part of it, being a permanent problem and occupying a particularly important place in economic, social, political and philosophical science. Through the structure outlined in this short study, we are also trying to analyze the impact of ownership on people's economic and social status, relative to the concept of property and economic freedom.  So, the impact of property as a multiple social relationship on the social status of people is relevant, namely the link between property and economic freedom, property and social justice, property and equality/inequality in society.

Amelia Mihaela DIACONESCU, UNIVERSITATEA SPIRU HARET, FACULTATEA DE STIINTE JURIDICE,ECONOMICE SI ADMINISTRATIVE, CRAIOVA

Amelia Diaconescu is a lector at the Spiru Haret University from Bucharest, Faculty of Legal, Economic and Administrative Sciences from Craiova. The has been activating in this domain since 2010, she presented her doctoral thesis in 2011 in the Civil Law domain, with the following work: The Legal Capacity of the Natural Entity in the Civil Law System, the research thesis sustained in the amphitheater of the Faculty of Law and Public Administration, Nicolae Titulescu, from the University of Craiova, in front of an audience including important persons from the juridical domain. At the Faculty of Legal, Economic and Administrative Sciences, Amelia Diaconescu teaches Roman Law, a subject of great importance because Roman law represents the basis of the actual Romanian law. Her studies are deep diving in several branches of the law and she has articles written and published in specialized magazines, covering different topics.
